Snag List is a voice-first inspection tool: walk a site, talk, snap a photo, and it turns your notes into a structured issue you can review and export as a PDF report — all on your device.
Getting started
- Create an audit for the site you're inspecting.
- Tap the mic, describe the issue, and snap a photo. Tap the mic again to stop. Your finding is saved instantly.
- Repeat for every issue — no need to stop and fill out forms.
- Review your captured issues (confirm the details, set a priority).
- Generate a PDF report and share it.
Common questions
Why isn't my note being turned into a structured issue?
On-device AI structuring requires an Apple Intelligence-capable device (iPhone 15 Pro and newer, with Apple Intelligence enabled in Settings). On other devices, your note is still saved — just as plain text you can edit yourself.
Do my photos and notes leave my device?
No. Your audit content stays on your device. We don't upload it. See our Privacy Policy.
Microphone, camera, or location isn't working.
Open iOS Settings → Snag List and make sure the relevant permission is enabled. Denying a permission only disables that one feature.
How do I add my company logo to reports?
In the app's settings/branding, add a logo and signature — they'll appear on your PDF reports.
Subscriptions
the Pro plan is an auto-renewing subscription that unlocks unlimited audits, watermark-free PDFs, and custom report branding. It's available as Pro Monthly or Pro Yearly, each with a 1-week free trial for new subscribers. The price is shown in your local currency in the app before you buy. Full terms are in the Terms of Use.
- Manage or cancel: on your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions → Snag List (or App Store → your account → Subscriptions).
- Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid the next charge. You keep Pro features until the period ends.
- Restore a purchase: on the paywall, tap Restore Purchases.
